In December 2002, the DELIVER project conducted an assessment of distribution costs for the public supply chain for essential medicines in Uganda. DELIVER has produced a report that presents the findings of the assessment and how they were used for making decisions. It also explains the purpose of the study, how it was designed, what methods were used for data collection, and how the analysis was done.
