The report examines four different scenarios for increasing funding for the federal Title X family planning program (increases of 10%, 25%, 50% and 100%). All four scenarios would result in reductions in the numbers of unplanned pregnancies, abortions and unplanned births, while also saving $3.80 in public dollars for every $1 invested.
