Since the PRIME II Project is in its fifth and final year of implementation, a group of senior headquarters and field staff, partner representatives and USAID Officials gathered in July 2003 to review available and expected results and determine key messages and lessons learns emerging from the project. A spin-off from this project has continued the effort to
develop a comprehensive communications strategy for the final
year of the Project to ensure that these lessons and messages
are widely shared. This year's Results Review submission includes
an overview of the key messages that emerged from the
July workshop and a series of Pages highlighting key results
areas from 2002-2003.
