Horizons Program

The Horizons Program is a global operations research initiative specializing in HIV/AIDS prevention, care, treatment, and support. We are funded by the United States Department for International Development (USAID) and directed by the Population Council, in collaboration with several international organizations and universities. Our work focuses on reducing the spread of HIV/AIDS and mitigating its effects in developing countries.
