Working hand-in-hand at the community level with health care providers and organizations, IntraHealth develops solutions to ensure the successful delivery of health services and to meet future health care challenges.
IntraHealth International focuses on the human dimension of successful health care service delivery from the perspective of the service provider. This focus is based on the belief that the health care worker represents the critical element in the successful delivery of health care services.
IntraHealth International is based on the experience gained in 23 years of work by the Intrah Program within the School of Medicine of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. IntraHealth has taken over a network of regional and country offices that span the globe with a presence in 16 countries, and is active in more than 30 nations of Asia, Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, Eastern Europe, Eurasia and the Middle East.
