Eat in Smaller Portion
A good way to get lean is to stop eating like a hippo and start eating like a model. We’re not saying you should cut everything and eat like a single French fry or salad every day; you can keep eating like you always have been but just in smaller portions. Maybe eat in small bites that won’t add too many calories to your diet regime, so you won’t have to compensate for much later on. Try to eat foods that are more fulfilling and nutritious instead of sugary and greasy consumables.
Exercise and diet are the bread and butter of weight loss, but not many know how to execute the two properly. When you exercise, you need to figure out a training plan that works for you and make sure that you’re also building muscle during your training and not just shaving away fat because more muscles mean more fat is being released. Try to combine cardiovascular training such as running or swimming with weightlifting exercises, and you can train using your bodyweight like in calisthenics or free weights like how a bodybuilder would train; as long as you’re building muscle and stamina simultaneously, then you’re on your way to be a better version of yourself!
